Why does ICE not start after Muse reinstallation and gives a file not found error message for "ice.jar"?

This scenario happens after Muse is reinstalled just after an uninstallation on Windows.
A complete uninstall marks for deletion some jars that cannot be deleted at the uninstall time - they will be deleted by  Windows at the next startup.
Since Muse was reinstalled before the Windows restart, Windows will still delete the marked files. This way, files belonging to the latest install will be deleted, the installation being thus corrupted.

The proper way to reinstall Muse after it was just uninstalled is to ensure that a Windows reboot was done before. In fact, the correct uninstall procedure of Muse on Windows is running the uninstall followed by a Windows reboot.
