Usage Scenarios

Single-Sign On

Target: Academic environments (Universities, Research institutes and University Libraries either directly or through consortia), Public Libraries, Hospital and Medical Institution, Government Institutions, Corporations

Problem: Organizations have various internal services, each with their own separate authentication and user management. Each time the user accesses another service, he must go through the authentication process specific to that service.

Solution: Muse IDM can be used as a single-sign on service implemented with the SAML 2.0 standard to access all internal services with a single set of credentials. Once authenticated in Muse IDM, the access is working seamlessly into all internal services.

Enhance Security and Reduce Risks

Target: Academic environments (Universities, Research institutes and University Libraries either directly or through consortia), Public Libraries, Hospital and Medical Institution, Government Institutions, Corporations
